Elsa began her legal career in 2016 as an Office Junior at a local law firm, where her dedication and determination quickly saw her progress to the role of Legal Assistant in the Conveyancing Department. In 2021, she joined our team as a Conveyancing Assistant to Susanna Cosgrove and has since advanced to her current position of Residential Conveyancer.

Elsa recently completed her Level 4 CLC (Council for Licensed Conveyancers) qualification and is now working towards becoming a fully Licensed Conveyancer.

As a Residential Conveyancer, Elsa manages a wide range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. She handles files from instruction through to completion, demonstrating strong technical skills in reviewing title documentation, search results, mortgage offers, and verifying sources of funding.

Elsa is known for her excellent client care and clear communication, making the conveyancing process as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients. One of the highlights of her work is informing clients that they have completed and can collect the keys to their new home.

Outside of work, Elsa keeps active by running and attending fitness classes. She is a dedicated Everton supporter and regularly attends home games at Goodison Park.
