Graham Riley is an experienced commercial property solicitor who qualified in 2008 and has built a strong reputation advising businesses, developers, landlords and investors on a wide range of commercial property matters. His experience includes acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing and property development work.

Graham joined VC LAW in 2025, having previously held senior roles with other notable practices in the region, including partner and director.

With many years of experience in practice across Merseyside and the Northwest, Graham is known for providing practical, straightforward advice and for developing long-standing relationships with clients through his approachable and commercially focused manner.
