Susanna joined VC Law in 2021 and heads the Residential Conveyancing department. She is a Solicitor with over 21 years’ experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, having worked in both large conveyancing practices and boutique high street firms across Merseyside.

Susanna began her career in the remortgage department of a large residential conveyancing firm, progressing to Conveyancer whilst qualifying as a Legal Executive. She completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination in 2025 and is now a qualified Solicitor.

Her experience spans freehold and leasehold properties, new build homes, and shared ownership transactions. Susanna is known for her organised approach, clear client communication, and practical advice throughout the conveyancing process.

Outside of work, Susanna enjoys running and is a member of a local choir.
