Rebecca started her conveyancing journey at another highly regarded Northwest firm in 2012 as a legal assistant in a new build conveyancing department. She worked her way up to become a Conveyancer heading a busy new build and residential department working closely with local and national builders.

Rebecca specialises in new build purchases along with dealing with residential sales, purchases, shared ownership purchases and sales, re-mortgages and Help to Buy redemptions.

Rebecca offers excellent communication skills, and prides herself on being able to cope well under the pressure of new build transactions, including meeting reservation deadlines set by developers.

In her spare time, Rebecca loves spending time with her family, supporting them at the local rugby club, and spending time on the beach with her dogs.
