Elsa started at a local firm in 2016 as an Office Junior working her way up to a Legal Assistant in the Conveyancing Department. She joined us in 2021 as a Conveyancing Assistant to Susanna Cosgrove and plans to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Elsa deals with residential sale files from start to finish and is experienced in reviewing search results, mortgage offers, source of funding information and title reviews.

She provides excellent client care and possesses good communication skills to ensure a smooth conveyancing process from start to finish. The best part of her job is letting the client know on the day of completion that they have got the keys to their new, dream home.

In her spare time, she enjoys keeping fit by running & attending fitness classes. She is also a keen Everton supporter who attends the home matches at Goodison Park.
